Hello I’m hopping I can get some help this has happened to me before on this site and this time it’s taking over two weeks for me to even get a email back from them. I redeemed a week prior to hitting something small again but mind you I’ve been playing 2k weekly and literally they now say they need to verify me all over again when it’s all the same thing I went thru before and when I ask them what I need to send over they ghost me and won’t reply back to me and when I try to write in the chat it won’t even let me talk to anyone anymore! I’m not understanding. I have two redemptions one for $2k and another for $400. Can someone help me with this matter they are the worst when it comes to these things!
