Help Delayed payment
My redemption with Zula Casino for $100.00 says “paid” on the website l but I have not received the money in my bank account where it was supposed to be sent. The withdrawal was made August 5, 2025 at 4:36PM and the transaction ID #120248924-1. My Zula player ID is120248924. I have tried contacting Zula Casino regarding this matter by email but the only response I’ve gotten over the past 2 weeks is that they are working on it to no avail. I also have the screenshots showing that the redemption for $100 is supposed to go to my bank account ending in 6208 but I didn’t receive it.
