Now I unfortunately do have one with Betrally. I managed to win 1700€ at their casino and already sent them all my verification on 29.03.2016 and received the answer at the same day -->
1) "Your payout request is currently with our Finance Department and will be handled shortly."
2) "Please note that you requested a withdrawal on 29th of March. Usually Neteller withdrawals take up to 3 business days. Your payout request is currently with our financial department for processing. The money will be in your account as soon as possible."
"You should receive your funds by the end of today."
"The withdrawal will stay with a pending status until it is processed by our Financial Department, i.e some time today. After that, you should receive the funds in your Neteller account within an hour."
"The withdrawal should be paid sometime today."
The whole email history includes about 10-15mails. Tried it on my own, would be great if you could help me solve that issue. Screenshots of Casino account and email history are available if necessary.
