Pamper Casino - Withdrawal rejected

when i tried to make a withdaw from pamper it took them 18 days to inform me that the claim had been rejected because i had to user names. The only way i can see that this happaned is in the player support center, where they ask for email and password. inadvertently i managed to somehow create a new user name.

The thing is you cant access the support center unless you are already logged into the casino, so how was i allowed to create a 2nd user name.

They offered a refund to my account but i can no longer log in because my user name and account have been terminated. When i tried to setup a new account it was rejected because my email address already exists. So how come i was able to set up a 2nd user name in the very confusing support center with the same email for the second user name Shouldnt it have told me that this email already exists and asked me to contact online support to sort the matter out.

I believe that this is a con that they have masterminded and must have done it to many players in order to not have to pay out. It is a deplorable rip off and i would like to make an official complaint to a casino regulator and would very much appreciate contact details in order to do this

The player has been shown his 2 accounts, he has accepted it and his account has been reopened now that he understands the terms.
