Over 3 months delayed payments!


I have 2 withdrawals that I am awaiting. One they claim to have wired $2330.00 on 3/21/17, but it never arrived. I sent bank statements a month ago, and have made numerous calls : talking with Karen, Nina, Mia and now Neil all claiming that they are sending to the finance team for it to be reissued. This withdrawal was approved 1/19/17, and I received a past withdrawal approved same time for $2445 sent 4/05/17 so I know the wire information is correct. I have begged and pleaded for them to send me the withdrawals as it is written 7-10 days wire time after approval.
The second one I am awaiting has far less time past due, but still the same runaround - sent to processor - awaiting them to wire- and it was approved on 4/18/17 for $2090.00. Again a 7-10 wire time would have been 5/02/17, and so we begin the whole begging pleading process with them via phone bc many a time I am promised a feedback or update call and it never ever ever comes. I have tried to remain patient and loyal , but as they continuously lie about getting back to me or issuing my payment - this becomes ever-frustrating and costs me bc I cannot enjoy the winnings with my family - we were using for vacation.
I have plenty of conversations stating these facts .

I got the attached email today from the finance department and one from a VIP consultant, Karen, stating the withdrawal for $2090 is on its way to me within 10 days via wire. I will update when and if it does arrive to hopefully close this case that has been very draining process taking away the fun of online playing. I loved playing at Cool Cat until this.

As of today 5/08/17 I received the withdrawal for $2330, but I am still awaiting the $2090.00 that has not been wired approved 4/18/17. Thank you AskGamblers, and please keep my file open until I hear something about it as they have also been giving me the first week of May to be deposited by as part of their promise.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
