Not received my money from Golden Cherry Casino

I have a $75000 withdrawal pending. I was told based on my play I could withdraw $4000 per week. The first week they only allowed $2500. The second week they paid $3000 and now they are limiting me to $1000. I am told by the rep that the weekly withdrawal limit is based on my prior weeks play level. I've told him I refuse to play on their site until they have paid me out. How can they change my withdrawal amount when his email to me said my weekly limit was $4000? And the first withdrawal took 5 days to approve the second 8 days and now the third on is still not approved. Help!

Played with a 400% bonus- small amount. Requested the allowed $250 withdrawal. After painfull verification, the paid me $100 and put $150 back in account. Sent them mails to get explaination - no response. Then proceded to withdraw the $150. They said they received my request, but again no movement. I waited for a week to find out what is happening - I sent 4 e-mails to find out what is going on. No response. Finally phoned and was told they cannot pay me until I have made another deposit:-( and I will not - that was NOT part of agreement. Thanks God I did not play with more money.

Hi, I have accumulated £50,000 in winnings from this casino. It took a number of weeks for the security documents to be verified, but I know this is standard procedure for casinos and we have now reached the stage where everything is complete and I have been verified for withdrawals. The issue sits with the amount of the withdrawal allowed. I have some £50,000 in the account, and I have been informed I can only withdraw £500 per week. The terms state up to £2,500 can be withdrawn, but the 'up to' term is the key here. I have been informed it is based on player class and deposits made etc, but having asked for further information have not received any further information as to what the parameters are, so cannot comment in relation to how much I deposited or how much I played in relation to the limit set. At the rate of £500 per week it is going to take 100 weeks to claim my winnings. I understand the need of cainso to restrict large payouts to safeguard their business, but the limit of £500 they have set is not in line with the balance on the account nor my level of playing etc. They should offer a lump sum payment and an increased withdrawal limit to allow a player to appreciate the winnings made in the casino, as at the moment I am very dissapointed with the whole situation. Hello. I got a no deposit bonus at Golden Cherry. I wagered the playthrough and support was told me that I can withdraw after account verification. I sent the required documents and requested withdrawal on 2nd of February 2015 for 150 pounds. Just to see that it was cancelled on 10th of February, then 16 minutes later there was another withdrawal of 100 pounds to Moneybookers - which I didn't requested, and it was cancelled too. Then I requested 150 pounds again on 15th of February, just to see it was cancelled on 23rd... Now they told me that I need to make a deposit, play a little bit and then withdraw???? Here is my ironical story: Golden Cherry offers me a free chip somewhere in the month of November 2014 and i meet my wagering requirments, request for the max cashout (as per the bonus terms) which in my case was $180. Now the catch here is, GoldenCherry Casino requires you to make a $20 deposit before a withdrawal could be processed. I agree and a deposit is made and withdrawal is requested for $200 (includes my $20 deposit) The trouble starts here, A week later i get a usual copy-paste message that my account is chosen for some random security and it could take upto 3 months. (here i really want to kill myself for trusting them). Anyways, i wait and its the month of Feb now. Though the 3 months are over there is no revert from their department. I have advised management when I was playing with over $30,000 that the computer kept on freezing and the bonus would change out after I saw it come down. They responded it was cookies or my machine and they I won and loss at random and not their software. All the funds were lost and the next day when I went on I couldn't log in. I´ve received a sign up bonus on 20.11 with a maximum cashout of €150.
