Golden Cherry Casino - Contantly Cancelling my first withdrawal with them

Hello. I got a no deposit bonus at Golden Cherry. I wagered the playthrough and support was told me that I can withdraw after account verification. I sent the required documents and requested withdrawal on 2nd of February 2015 for 150 pounds. Just to see that it was cancelled on 10th of February, then 16 minutes later there was another withdrawal of 100 pounds to Moneybookers - which I didn't requested, and it was cancelled too. Then I requested 150 pounds again on 15th of February, just to see it was cancelled on 23rd... Now they told me that I need to make a deposit, play a little bit and then withdraw???? Please try to resolve this issue with them. Waiting for your reply. Thank you
