Hello i am writing secound complain already about this casino thy still owe me 5400 hunderd euro
and now thy own me another 2900 hunderd euro i win with no bonus attached
Casio never reply any email from me .... when i go to chat thy every day say the same thing like you have to wait and secound day you will be procesed today which never happened
I have ben play many casino already but i never had that bad experience like now
my money is still peding plus another money 5400 thy took it way thy send email becouse or iregullar

My god i just wanna get my money what i win

I already make complain to curacoo thy license provider and i hope thy will really solve my problem and thy pay my mine money

becouse i am really loosing my patience

Please people dont play this casino becouse you will never see your wining

This case has been reopened upon Euromoon Casino request.


Dear @pokec111,

Our Complaints Team has been provided with an evidence that you breached Term #15.2 from Euromoon Casino General Terms and Conditions and more specifically:

"...

15.2. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.
"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.

..."

Based on the above, we consider your claims as unjustified and this case is now closed in casino's favor.

The complaint is now officially closed.
