I received an email stating that I can play a $50 bonus. I thought why not, it's free money. So I play roulette and win $123.00, I thought I could cash that out. So, I went to cashier on the site and it had some options for deposit. I'm assuming when they say deposit, I assumed it was deposit into my bank account. No, deposit meant deposit money onto the site to play with, which I was not intending to do. Now, I want my money back because I assumed that I was getting funds put into my bank account, but instead it was taking them. When I emailed support, they advised me that I cannot get my money back unless I play. I do not want to play any longer and have since deleted my account and I want my money back. I have filed a complaint with my bank.
