Cool Cat Casino - Have not received my winnings, it has been over 1 month

I have requested a payout for $1,150 on 8/15/2015 and it has been approved by their department but it has been 1 month now and no payment to me for direct deposit. I have another withdrawal still pending as well on 9/13/2015 for $2,126. I have contacted the financial department via email and live chat and have not gotten a response to when I will receive the funds and why it is taking this long. I have emailed all verification requested and received an email stating that they have verified all required information. I need my withdrawal direct deposited for both of my withdrawals what is the holdup.

Cool Cat casino said they wired my winnings for the August 15 withdrawal on September 17 for $1,150 I have not received it yet but it should be in account sometime next week. I have another pending withdrawal requested on 9/13/2015 for $2126.00 and they have not approved yet and I told them to approve it now no need to wait. They have not approved my 9/13/2015 for $2126.00 yet.

I've been in touch with the Escalations Manager in charge of your payments and was informed that you've been receiving updates. You will receive the payment of $1,150.00 this week and the other two payments will be forthcoming.
