Golden Cherry Casino denied my withdrawal request

Hello! I registered my account on July, 23 and received no deposit bonus. I played in slots and met all playthrough requirements of my bonus. Then I sent my ID documents and my documents was approved and I received email from financial department :

" Dear Pavel,
Thank you for sending in your Faxback verification form along with the supporting documents.
You will be pleased to know that your player account has now been approved for withdrawals purposes.

To make your request please go to the withdrawal tab in the cashier and enter the requested information.

Please note that other than the amount requested we do not use the details entered at the cashier to send your winnings. We use whatever you provided us on your Faxback form.

Then I did my deposit of 25 EUR and after requested withdrawal of 225 EUR ( 200 EUR winnings from bonus and 25 EUR - my deposit) on July,28.
But from 8 days on August, 5 I received email from Golden Cherry casino :

" Dear Pavel,
I would like to inform you that as per our decision as Finance Department your last withdrawal request was denied and the requested funds were reimbursed to your playable balance as we are reviewing your account.
This process might take up to 90 business days.
As soon as we have any updates regarding your account we will inform you via email.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Almost one month I dont know whats the matters of this decision and no information about my withdrawal request. 90 days its so long and I think its delay tactic of this casino. I think casino don't want pay me simply my 225 EUR.

But whats propblems with my account? My ID documents approved already and confirmed several weeks ago! 4 times already my withdrawal requests was denied! Today, on August,21 I requested withdrawal fifth time already...
