10 March I have won 100$ ater playtrough from 20 free bonus,next day i made min deposit 25$ and I sent every documents to verify accounts.After 2 weeks They finally approved my documents and verified my account.24 march I made withdraw request 100$ but 26 March They blocked every polish players accounts include my without payout my 100$
I sent Them maybe 20-30 emails with ask about my withdraw request but I din't get It!!!

This player didn't get his deposit back, also this player made a withdraw on 24th and casino close their operations on 26th for Polish players, so they had more enough time to make payment to the player. This complaint is unresolved, and recommend to the player to seek future help with Gambling Commission that issue their licence.

Unfortunately we do not accept players from Poland anymore and had to close accounts of players from Poland. If you didn't play with your deposit, you were supposed to get a refund during 5-7 business days after the account had been closed.
