Withdrawal Problems Rejected
Having been a valued member of Fortune Clock for some time and having no troubles with them, I am currently having problems with withdrawing my fund to my card. I won 2034 Euro from 100 Euro deposit. Having been with them for some time I understand their terms and conditions, specifically section 9.14.2 where a user must wager 3 times the deposit amount before making a withdraw request which i then went on to complete. Making it up to 2428 Euro. Having done this I proceeded to make numerous withdrawal requests to my deposit card which were rejected over a number of days.
After a number of rejections I tried once more however this time the withdraw to my card had mysteriously disappeared. I decided to live chat an agent to find out the problem and they said that "it was a global visa problem" Once this was rectified I proceeded once again to make a withdrawal request which this time my request wouldn't go through as Fortune Clock had blocked my card for no reason or explanation what so ever. Having reaching out to Live chat Agents throughout the last few days who one confirmed that the wagering requirements were complete then 4 hours later another agent said it wasn't complete. I've been asking through chat and emails asking when my card would be unblocked and the reasoning for this however they just say they have no communication with the payment team and that the problem would be sorted in a matter of hours.
I was very persistent on live chat that I wanted this issue sorted immediately however i was met with slow response times and being cut off mid chat. I was going around in circles and haven't heard anything since.
