I verified my account and all documents were accepted almost a week ago. I then submitted a withdrawal request on the same day, which is still pending. The website states that there is a 36 hour period, in which withdrawals will be accepted, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

Someone did contact me from Fortune Clock to say there is a delay due to external checks, but surely this doesn't take a week. I have contacted live chat several times and they just give me the same answer, that the payment team cannot be contacted and I I just need to wait (not giving me a timeframe).

With the maximum withdrawal being £500 at a time, it appears that its going to take several months to get my winnings, which in itself is ridiculous.

If all funds aren't withdrawn within 30 days, I also need to make an additional deposit in order to submit a withdrawal request. Not really fair when the delay is no fault of my own.

Getting worried if I'm ever going to receive my funds now.

My Manager advised 5 days ago that this would only take another few hours, yet I am still waiting. With my balance now at £28,000, I fear that it is going to take months to receive my winnings, especially with the withdrawal limit being €500 a time. I have contacted your live chat and they are unable to provide me with an update, just that i must "wait longer". If you could provide me with an update, I would appreciate it.

I have now been told that there is no time frame on how long this could take and no one is able to chase or contact the team checking the transactions, which I do not believe. I would avoid this company at all costs - I am feeling really sceptical as to whether I will ever receive my winnings. Think I will stick to other casinos from now on that are able to give proper updates and will actually pay me out on time. @askgamblers if you could please help me get my winnings, I would appreciate it.

My withdrawal is now showing as accepted but I have not received my funds just yet. As I mentioned previously, I will need to deposit again if my funds aren't all withdrawn in the next 22 days, through no fault of my own, which isn't really fair.

Fortune Clock, could you please speed this up?

I would be keen to use FC again to gamble, but this is very off-putting.

After September 19, the player played and lost the entire remaining amount.
The player no longer had new withdrawal requests
