I have won’t over 5000 on the casino and they are not paying me the money. They state in terms and conditions that they pay back via the method you deposited however are trying to get me to open an account with perfect money. Perfect money will not allow me to withdraw funds into my bank as I don’t have the documentation they need and when I tell fortune clock this they tell me to send my money to perfect money anyway??? It is in there terms and conditions to pay back to my card. I have attached proof. They have not blocked me from withdrawing

You have not offered me alternate ways. You have offered me one which was perfect money. I have proof of several different occasions on when I have told you that perfect money have advised me I will not be able to withdraw funds deposited into a perfect money account so if you send my winnings there I can not get it out. Despite me telling you this your advise was “well just send it anyway” ?? So loose all my winnings how is that helping? You terms and condition states that you pay back the same was deposit was made, which is my card. I have been informed off your staff that this has been an ongoing issue yet the terms and conditions are not reflecting this and you are still accepting deposits. Not one single time has a method for withdrawal been offered to me apart from perfect money which is not possible
You also blocked me from making withdrawals a week ago. This is not good management or treatment of customers
I upped my bet and got down to my overall deposit mark and contacted the casino and stated to them that all I want is that back (around £1000) as I no longer wish to profit from them..that is how strongly I feel regarding this casino. I was never going to profit from them. They make it impossible to do so. I knew they wouldn’t just refund me hence playing silly cost spins to get my wallet down to the overall deposit price. All I want it my money back and then when this is complete my account to be closed. When I have received full payment! My lesson has well and truly been learned with fortune clock. Be very careful people
