Still didn't pay me after 30 days now
Hello I won 6116 on february 26th 2021, I made an ecopayz deposit and proceeded to withdraw on the 1st of march 2021 with ecopayz. It was approved but after 2 days I hadnt received my money I went to check up with them to see what was going on with my withdrawal and they told me there having problems with ecopayz and to use btc as a withdrawal. I then made my 2nd attempt at a withdrawal on the 5th of march 2021 using btc like they asked me to. I checked on my withdrawal history and the withdrawal was accepted so after 2 days of not receiving my money I emailed them on the 7th of march 2021 asking what is happening with my withdrawl since btc
Funds usually come in fast. They reply and tell me the money has been sent and to wait 5 days to receive, which I found odd because btc does not take that long. I emailed them my concern saying that I find it odd for btc to take 5 days and they told me not to worry the money has been sent and I should receive it soon. On the 10th of march 2021, 5 days later, I email them again telling them "that its been 5 days and clearly somethings wrong can you please look into it". They then proceed to reply to me "We kindly ask you to wait, you will receive your funds as soon as the transaction will be processed." So they completely ignore that there's an issue and tell me that I will receive my funds soon, even though we passed the 5 days they told me it would take my funds to come to me. Its now the 12th of march 2021, so its been 7 days im waiting to get paid, so I proceed to emailing them again and asking what is going on? They email me back and reply this
"Currently, we may have some delays with the payment provider. We kindly ask you to stay calm. You will receive your funds as soon as possible. Also, please note, that all withdrawal requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis."
How does this add up? They first said that the money has been sent from their end and it would take 5 days to get to me, now they tell me there's delays with their payment processor?
I then call them out, saying your story doesn't add up they then proceed to email me back telling me their payment team will look into it.
I emailed them back on the 13th of march 2021, so now its been 8 days im waiting to get paid, asking if they've contacted the payments team and they tell me they have and that the money was returned to me.
On the 15th of march I email them asking if I can do a bank transfer, for my 3rd attempt of withdrawing now, because they seem to have issues with their btc and I didnt want to go through all this ordeal again. They reply and ask me to do a btc withdrawal again.
So now I make my 3rd attempt at a withdrawal, like I mentioned earlier, on the 16th of march 2021. I proceed to email them telling them I hope not go through all this ordeal again and they promised to me everything will be fine this time.
So we get to today and guess what? Its the exact same issue all over again. Me emailing them and them telling me to wait everything is fine and I should be paid soon. Well ts been 6 days now on my 3rd withdrawal attempt and still waiting.
My last email to them was me telling them how this is not normal its been 30 days I've been trying to get paid and how were going through the same issue all over again we had last time.This was there reply to me
"We are sorry that you are forced to wait. The consideration of the request is coming to an end. May we ask you for a bit of patience?
What does this even mean? The consideration to your request is coming to an end? That doesn't even make any sense? It doesn't answer anything I asked them
Please help me getting paid. I've been patient, I've done everything they've asked me to do ...its been almost 30 days I haven't gotten paid and I've got 52 emails back and forth with them.
