I have been having issues with fortune clock casino.
Aside from the numerous complaints of multiple withdrawal methods being requested and constantly declined without real rationale - I will most likely raise this at another date. (They take 3 days to process knowing full well a problem gambler will spend most likely gamble the money and lose before processing the withdrawal. Should they reach the stage where you still have money in your account they constantly decline by stating 'It was rejected'. I actually went through the hassle of opening a Skrill account as they advised this is a known withdrawal method. I verified the card but they again unsurprisingly rejected the withdrawal and told me to use another card. It cost be £15 to open the account and pay for a physical mastercard to arrive. Utterly pointless.
This complaint however is in relation to a bet which is showing as won, but never settled in my account. Im still yet to receive the funds as credit in my account.
This has been requested to be investigated multiple times but they have just stopped responding now and Im not sure where else to turn.
Bet ID is 892784630 Value of $430.67 which is displayed as won but never reached my account balance. They have advised it is being reviewed but this was over 20 days ago now.
I advised I wish to raise a complaint but noone seems to listen or acknowledge the issue here.

When we saw that there were difficulties with your payment method we suggested an alternative method. Unfortunately, the withdrawals of funds weren't successful.

This is not in relation to a withdrawal, which lots of other customers clearly have issues with. I was just pointing out the numerous problems I have had when playing with your casino so other potential players are aware. Im sure I will raise a complaint regarding this in due course when you eventually credit my account appropriately.
I have a WON bet which is showing as settled, but it has never credited my account. This was won on the 11th November and has still not showing in my account balance. My account manager 'Mary' has acknowledged this but the bet is still not paid.
Every time I do a live chat or call with Fortune clock it is as if this is the first time you are hearing about the issue. I havent been provided with a reference number for which the error is being looked into. I have no idea what is being done to resolve it or how long it will take.
Yesterday Mary emailed me saying 'The request was open on November, 12 for the first time and it is still in progress'
This has taken almost 3 weeks now for a bet which won legitimately to credit my account. Please explain what is taking so long and why it hasnt been resolved?
