1 out of 4 withdrawal options is only working and after me clearly stating I cannot withdraw with “perfect money” I’m not being given another option or told when the technical issues that are not allowing me to withdraw funds to card, MasterCard or Bitcoin will be fixed. Back and forth over 40 emailing just being told to keep trying to make a perfect money account, unacceptable, if fortune clock hadn’t advertised card and Bitcoin as a withdrawal option I wouldn’t have played with them in the first place. Don’t know how often or length this issue has been going on with them or specifically what the issue is with withdrawing to card or Bitcoin so I’m not willing to wait any longer for them to “find another option”

“Some” only one payment method is available and has been for the 4 days I’ve been trying to withdraw. I’ve got a withdrawal request in right now for perfect money as there was no other option, I’ll have to pay an interest fee on the exchanger. We’ll see if it gets approved within the next 36 hours and if the money reaches my perfect money account, I’ll post an update accordingly.

My withdrawal request was approved and I received my winnings through perfect money (minus €100 for interest on the exchanger at perfect money) and it’s in my uk bank. Would consider looking at re advertising your withdrawal methods so people like me don’t have to go through the stress.
