I have been a loyal customer of fortune clock for some months and have recently won big with €2000 euros. I have tried multiple time to withdraw and every time it is rejected despite having the correct documents. I have been told to make a perfect money account but now I can't click withdraw without an error message, please I need help on this!

I have been told that I can only withdraw via perfect money which is currently pending. However I have been paid winnings before via my card and this would be my preference as I do not believe perfect money is trust worthy why can’t this be paid to my card? You can take payment via MasterCard why can’t you payout? Seems very unfair to make winnings difficult to get. Please explain what difficulties you are having

I have received €500 via perfect money. However this is becoming just as problematic to withdraw from this site. For the remaining €1,500 I will need this to be withdrawn via my preferred method of payment which is visa/MasterCard. I have seen elsewhere on this forum that you are eventually able to pay via card please can you let me know why this is not possible now? You can take payment but can pay out? That seems very unfair. Do not suggest I use perfect money anymore because they are currently refusing to allow me to withdraw my own money. This whole process has been so stressful, given how much of a loyal customer I’ve been over the year

Hi,

When do you think this issues will be resolved, I have seen on this thread that you will eventually pay via my card please can you give me a time frame. This is not fair to do this to a loyal customer. Would you really want to lose a valued customer?

We cannot tell you the exact time, as it depends not only on us,
but also on our partner Visa / Mastercard

We suggest you choose the available methods that allow you to receive the won funds.

I have previously mentioned I am unable to withdraw money from perfect money so I will not be withdrawing money to that account again. I am effectively throwing my money away. I have just tried to deposit money in my account from MasterCard and that service is still working? Why can’t I withdraw? I will continue to submit withdrawal requests via MasterCard until this is resolved.

This is very unfair treatment of your customers.
