As of today 28/3/2021, I have made 11 withdrawal requests to Fortune Clock Casino. All have been rejected. The first requests were to my Mastercard which were rejected. I was told to withdraw to a Revolut virtual Mastercard which I have tried also, each time it has been rejected. My balance at the casino stands at €1009.58. Due to withdrawal limits to Mastercard I am only looking to withdraw €500 at one time. I currently have no pending withdrawal requests.
Yesterday and today, despite my account being fully verified (please find files attached) I was again asked to verify my account. Even though in the online chat they confirmed I am verified this morning.
I would really appreciate your help.
