First of all, i am fully registered with Fortune clock casino and my account has been fully verified as well.
All my bets were placed during LIVE Sporting events.
As of December 25, 2021 | 2:40 am London Time. My account balance currently sits at : 8,483,21 EUR.
It’s also important to mention that I have NEVER used any bonuses, welcome offers, promotional offers, etc…
Winnings are PERFECTLY legit and fair, and Fortune Clock can also confirm this.
Unlike many people here, I’m not accusing Fortune clock of not paying out winnings because I did receive some payments. 6 payments up until this point but ONLY of 500 EUR each between December 13 and December 25, 2021.
Before joining Fortune Clock I read the terms and conditions, and the section 8.13.5 Says:
“The maximum withdrawal amount per month is 40'000 US dollars, except for certain cases approved by the administration.
Withdrawal of funds is performed according to payment limits, taking into consideration the status of a player on the site.”
• The daily withdrawal limit is 2'000 USD (EUR).
• The weekly withdrawal limit is: 10'000 USD (EUR).
• The monthly withdrawal limit is: 40'000 USD (EUR).
To me the company does not respect its own terms and conditions in regards to withdrawals and it is very misleading to Gamblers.
I have brought this subject to Support, Live Chat and to my personal manager and their responses were : In order to reach the 2000 EUR daily limit, you need to do 4 withdrawals of 500 EUR each during the day, but only one can be active/pending.
As you can clearly read there is no mention of such thing in the above terms and conditions. [feel free to check yourselves]
And there is also never an instance where i was able to make 4 withdrawals of 500 EUR each in the same day in order to match the aforementioned 2000 EUR daily limit. Only one withdrawal of 500 EUR was possible and it does take on average 48 Hours to process, before I’m allowed to submit another one.
I have also on numerous occasions try to discuss section 8.13.7 with Fortune Clock representatives :
“Payouts of large amounts on Skrill and Neteller are discussed individually”. {But all my attempts were in vain.}
@AskGamblersTeam, I tried on many occasions to find a way to resolve this internally with Fortune Clock but it seems to me that they want to deliberately slow down the process as much as possible in order for me to…loose it all ?
Therefore I kindly request your assistance and expertise with this matter.
