I've been playing this casino for a while making many deposits, I eventually got to withdraw 500 euros, after 2 rejected it eventually got approved,, I then spoke with online chat and they said my card rejected the payment, which is not true as I contacted verified by visa and they said there was no attempt to send money, they were telling me to use another card or set up a perfect money account, which is so much hassle as they need to verify all documents, and keep declining them, I really liked the games on this casino, but I just want my winnings into my bank!

I have got this sorted, only way I got my money was through perfect money account, which charge ridiculous fees, lesson learnt
