Claim to have processed my payment but refusing to provide with a proof

I won 1980 euros of this website which they accepted, verified my account and claimed they sent yesterday and should have reached my account. It had not reached the account yet and they are refusing to send proof of payments. I am reading awful reviews about this website being scammers so i'm very concerned about recieving the money.
