I have been trying to withdraw my winnings I have to wait for 36hrs as per the T&Cs which is fine and the first two withdrawals went through with a reminder from me that it’s now been 36hrs. I’ve now tried another withdrawal and after the 36hrs I noticed it said accepted on my profile as my screenshot shows. However no balance was taken, I spoke to the live chat and they said it was a problem with their payment provider but there were no issues before, I had to make another request #4 which would be another 36hrs it’s now been 3 days since that and including the failed withdrawal on the casinos part it’s been 4 days since I applied for a withdrawal with no success. I’m withdrawing through perfect money as this what I was asked to do as they had problems with visa and I had to create a wallet which I’ve done I have asked if there is any other way to withdraw but perfect money is the only way. There just seems to be problems every time I withdraw! When I speak to live chat they keep saying to wait and wait. There’s always an excuse for not paying out, I have not used bonuses and won the money fairly. I have €9000 in my account and feel that I’m having to climb mountains to withdraw my own winnings. I understand the time timescales given to me and I’m following these but for me to get a message after this timescale for it to be rejected due to their issue is not helpful and I’m now worried that they will give any excuse not to payout. I feel when I try another withdrawal there will be the same issue and they will keep doing this. can you help get my winnings to me.

Hello, i have submitted a request to withdraw 48 hours ago and still pending? Seems to me the withdrawal timescale is never 36 hours and always 48hrs plus. Is my withdrawal going to be processed. My point being I don’t want to get to the 30day mark and have to deposit again to withdraw as per your T&Cs so if you please keep to the correct timeframe or update the website.

This one has now been accepted, I have now submitted a further €500 request and will await acceptance, can you please keep this open until my funds have been withdrawn, I shall admit it’s been a bit more smooth so let’s hope it stays that way

Hello, yes the next request was approved in 24 hrs, you say keep in touch with your payment department how is it I do that as the agents in your live chat tell me the payment department are un contactable? I have a request pending for around 25hrs at the moment I will await at least the 36hrs before contacting live chat to ask around the withdrawal. I will await a reply thanks

I have emailed a solution to the casino as attached giving options to pay the money they are owed due to there what I see as stalling tactics. I will update with response or hopefully they actually respond to this case but very much doubt that as they seem to hide away when they have been caught out.

You have told me to create an account on Binance but this has been banned in the Uk therefore I can’t withdraw the money!! You have told me to do something knowing full well I can’t take the money out. I have created a perfect money account and there was no issues until you start stalling on my payments you are clearly withholding my funds one of your customer service guys said the issue was fixed with perfect money and would have no problems why is this not the case. This is a scam to avoid paying out to your customers

You have said you have put money into BTC wallet I’ve made you aware that you can’t as they won’t accept due to my screenshot. That means you have still got my €500 as it’s not be returned to my playing account. Which means I can’t use BTC for withdrawal. The only one you can and have successfully withdraw too is perfect money. Can you confirm you will do this or are you holding my funds from me?

All your requests are subject to the casino withdrawal rules. According to the limits and time for processing the request.
Only those requests are paid - which you leave in your account.

Still not got my €500 BTC withdrawal. Apparently the payment department are looking into it, I am unable to use perfect money as a withdrawal method due to the technical issues the casino are having with the payment providers. I have now verified a MasterCard to withdraw funds. I’m not hopeful this will work but if it doesn’t I have tired all 3 options to withdraw from the casino as shown in photo.

Perfectmomey have asked me to get the batch number for the payments through perfectmomey to investigate why it’s failing but fourtune clock refused to give me this

Hello all, as I thought the MasterCard never worked and I was asked to create a new withdrawal to perfect money which was strange as only 24 hrs previously they said it wasn’t working, I have had 2,000 withdrawn from there but had a pending request for over 24hrs I got a call from the manger Simon who said you are lucky you have won more than you deposited and asked if I plan to bet more which I found strange. I’m stil waiting for the €500 to arrive on to the BTC wallet I made 4 days ago. My balance is €8000 but things have seemed to slowed down. Wondering when my next withdrawal will be accepted look forward to a reply

Hello dear All

The initial balance in question originated from the player's deposit on June 30th - activity in table games and bets on sports events.

From June 30th to July 4th, there were several withdrawal requests that we declined for either verification reasons or per the player's request. During the initial verification request, we noted a need to verify an alternative payment method.

We successfully processed the withdrawal request from July 5th on July 6th. Withdrawals continued with a successful payment on July 8th.

Our payment on July 9th didn't go through, and funds were credited back to the player's account. The same happened on July 20th, 24th, and 28th, the single time we attempted to pay to the card.

Further payments occurred on July 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 21st, and 22nd.

While we expected technical issues processing further payments to Perfect Money, on July 26th, we closed a request to Bitcoin that was later credited to the player's wallet on July 30th.

As the player was hesitant to withdraw to Bitcoin further and our attempt to pay his winnings to MasterCard didn't go through, we were going to advise him to try a different card. Luckily, around the same time, we were able to restore payments to Perfect Money.

To somewhat cover the long wait within the 24 hours between July 28th and July 29th, we processed four 500 EUR payments, three of which were all closed within 5 hours.

Since then, the player has successfully withdrawn three more times - on July 30th, August 1st, and 2nd.

Throughout the period from July 6th to now, we made sixteen 500 EUR payments.

The player continues his gambling activity, increasing the account balance.

There is a pending withdrawal request, with another 6000 EUR on balance and 3000 EUR more in pending bets. We will continue processing withdrawals within the time frame in our Terms.  In case of any technical issues, like before, we will advise alternative ways to withdraw player's winnings.

Hello all, I have indeed received the payments pointed out in the above statement however there is a few more unsuccessful withdrawals not mentioned, I have a withdrawal which is over 36 hours and was told to wait and hopefully this would not happen again,

I need to play every so often to make sure I meet the withdrawal T&Cs. The withdrawal max limit is €500 why is this so little as the deposit limit is 2000. Can you increase the withdrawal limit fourtune clock casino and then this complaint will be closed a lot sooner as it’s taking around 2 days per request so we are looking at a month to withdraw where you have a €2000 limit per day but it’s impossible to do that when the max withdrawal limit you offer is €500

What can you do about this?

Currently been waiting for 50 hours for a withdrawal request to be reviewed I’ve been on the live chat saying the payment department is overloaded due to problems with cards as per screenshot I made the point that why would they not process the withdrawals without card rather than none but I was told to wait. This again backs up my previous point the limit for withdrawal is only €500 and for the second withdrawal in a row I’m looking at 48hts plus for it to be reviewed. I don’t find this fair that the casino takes the money up to €2000 but can only give back €500.

Further update my withdrawal request to perfect money was rejected after 51 hours apparently due to technical issues with perfect money but 12 hours before this they said there was no issues for perfect money meaning I need to wait another 36 hours to
Withdraw €500 of my own winnings. This is becoming a joke how can this company keep having the same problems over and over. They seem to think I’m going to play and loose but I will only be playing when I need to as there T&Cs state.

Get this sorted Fourtune clock casino and stop stalling on withdrawals
