Fortune Clock Casino - Avoiding my payout of €2,000

I tried to withdraw €2,000 from my account a over a week ago and the casino had been avoiding paying multiple times.

First they said my account may be “linked to another account”. My account has always been my own an never linked, I wouldn’t know how to link an account and doubt this is even possible.

Then later in the email chain the casino then asked for my ID and banking details. I sent these and was then told they hadn’t received them (twice).

I just want my money, this is surely illegal.
