Payment unfairly declined

I requested a withdrawl on the 14th of February. After dealing with them and giving them the documents they requested. The withdrawl was finally approved the 3rd of March. Now all of a sudden they say my withdrawl has been denied. It does not state anything on their site about their withdrawl policies being such. The agent was rude and disconnected the chat while I was replying..

There is the withdrawl request, as you see it was approved not denied like the agent stated. Thank you for your help, my main wish is to make sure word gets out so that this doesn't happen to other people.
