I too have received the same email. I won a payout of 100, 300, and 800 in the month of September and October. To exclude someone from redeeming coupons because they won is absurd. Slots jungle only allows increments of 500 payout and they have banned me from redeeming any coupons. If this is how they treat loyal customers than I will no longer partake in playing at this casino. It is really disappointing, because I enjoyed playing at Slots Jungle.
