Excluded from Redeeming at Slots Jungle Casino

I too have received the same email. I won a payout of 100, 300, and 800 in the month of September and October. To exclude someone from redeeming coupons because they won is absurd. Slots jungle only allows increments of 500 payout and they have banned me from redeeming any coupons. If this is how they treat loyal customers than I will no longer partake in playing at this casino. It is really disappointing, because I enjoyed playing at Slots Jungle.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one last chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that they allowed you to redeem coupons on 9.1.2013 Please confirm.

Based on the evidence we received from the casino management, we could confirm that this player could redeem coupons from 09.01.2013. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
