Depositing in order to withdraw problem

I would like to withdraw my 100euro winnings from Golden Cherry Casino. And I need to deposit 25euro for a verification withdrawal. But, The problem is I wasn't able to deposit thru their clickandbuy deposit option. It always say error/test mode. They suggested I contact clickandbuy. But, clickandbuy says that they do not have the problem from their side. I don't have any problem from clickandbuy since. I make them always as my depsoit options whether it be microgaming casinos or rival casinos. And clickandbuy said that golden cherry must add me at golden cherrys merchant account. And whenever I try depositing the golden cherry deposit section also says:

The problem is with golden cherry casino. Maybe, they don't want me to claim my winnings. I always have prefund funds with clickandbuy whenever I use then in my deposits to casinos. I always try to talk to golden cherry live support and to samuel their shift manager. And everytime I talk to them they always say that clickand buy must work but it failed to work and always error.

Also my visa debit card doesn't work on them.

My only option for deposit to casinos from my side is thru clickandbuy, paypal or my unionbank visa debit card.

How can i claim my winnings now?
