Delayed Withdrawal Since October


Hi,

I used WinnerMillion last year and deposited GBP500 and then withdrew GBP300. Since October this has shown as processed but hasn't actually been done. After numerous phone calls and emails it still hasnt been done. Now I am being told it will be this week but still no money.

The casino seems to be fraudulent.

This is the latest email chain where 'Bruno' blamed Christmas.

This is probably the dumbest thing I have ever done but I bet and lost GBP50 to keep the account active. Considering my withdrawal was approved in October. Can you please process it ASAP.

This player have deposit last deposit was 25 EURO and we have refund to her : 300 GBP which was her total withdrawal !

ALso please note that in our terms and condition : A player that use bonus, and win, can withdrawal maximum : 10X the deposit

Here is the sentence from our terms and condition:

8.2.5 A non-VIP player will not be able to withdraw more than 10X his initial deposit.
