Bovada Casino - Delayed Payment, No time-frame given by support

On March 11th I made a withdraw of 1000 dollars that I was supposed to get within 10 business days. It is now March 31st and I still have not received payment. I wouldn't be that worried except I see other posts that have people complaining of the same issues and waiting over a month and still not receiving payment. It also concerns me that no timeframe is given of when the issue will be resolved.

Bovada has contacted me and said that the issue has been solved and people have been receiving their payments however I still have not received my withdraw or been given a timeframe as to when I will receive my payment. I will keep everyone posted next week.

I still have not received my payment yet. Also, a friend of mine who made a smaller withdraw about a week after me has already received his payment of a couple hundred dollars. I don't understand the order in which people receive their payments. Do people with smaller withdraw amounts receive their money quicker? This system is confusing and the lack of communication can be annoying with the same responses from customer service over and over again. Honestly I just want my money. If I waited a month to get it that's fine, but when you wait a month you start to wonder whether it will ever come... I will keep everyone posted
