in 26 April 2018 the Betfinal has asked me to send full documents to proof my account to be able transfer part of my balance, I replied them for all their requirements , they accepted all my documents without any response , in 3 May 2018 I e-mailed them again to ask reasonable reason to delay my withdraw although sent all their requirements but unfortunately without any reply from their side ;
they have accepted to withdraw 1,000 USD to my VISA after sent all of my documents which is meaning my documents have nothing problems but they always refuse to withdraw any amount more than 1,000USD ;

furthermore, there is not any reply from their side to my emails which is reflect that their customer service is so bad .

First of all I would like to thank you for your caring and your fast response about my problem , really your service is wonderful

I would like to inform you that my problem with Betfinal club about to solve as they accepted withdrawals two times and I still wait and hope to receive the other withdrawals without problems.
