I have been using bgo for a couple of months. Paid in but never made a withdrawal. I have now tried to withdraw £5000 from my account. And the payment has been held. Have spoken to bgo and they have said there was unusual payout on the game(s) I was playing and they would have to verify. I do not see why, I won the money regardless. They have not given me any time frame on when it will be sorted and paid I to my account, being as I stated a 12hour payment, as is optional on their site now. I expected it to happen within the 12 hour time frame and to be in my account. They did not even notify me that they were with holding payment, it was only when I went onto their site and emailed them about it that I found out there was a problem. Looking through complaints on this site, even though a lot have been resolved it seems like they do not like to payout.

Issue has now been resolved. Customer service, don't tell you much. But they got the job done. So can't be annoyed about that anymore. Will use again

Have contacted them today. Have been told they are waiting on the game provider to get back to them about unusual payouts on the game. I played got lucky and won. That's all there should be about it. They then told me,I the exact same words what they said to me on saturday
