Won’t refund money and closed my account


I opened an account here after reading the t&cs I’m a uk resident. The only restriction in the terms and conditions on uk players was playing the net Ent games. I wanted to play microgaming - I tried to make a deposit it showed no sign of approval I then found I’d been charged a total of £1500!! The microgaming games I wanted to play were not accepting uk players even though it didn’t say It in the t&cs, they won’t respond to any emails, they have a bogus phone number and no functioning support email apart from one bruno.w­­n­r­r­mi­­lli­­on­@­o­ut­­loo­k.com the other email bounces back. I didn’t play a penny of my deposit , I submitted my documents to facilitate my refund as I just wanted my money back- my money ! Which I didn’t use and wasn’t able to play the games I wanted with. They haven’t responded at all and now they have blocked my account! And I’m still missing my £1500 this is crazy and really distressing.

This player got his payment. in attachment you will find the refund screenshot.

But also we have refund him and close his account, because the player have opened multiple accounts, and have violate our terms and condition :

8.2.4 The player creating a duplicate account at WinnerMillion, all his account will be immediately suspended, and winnings will be forfeited.

We was more then fair, by sending to the player his funds. since we were able to close the account and forfeith all the funds and winnings.

Hope i have clarify enough the situation, and the case can be close.
