Hi,

Withdrawal of 480 eur was made on 7th of July and it hasn't been received yet. Terms and conditions say that withdrawals take 48 hours, which has always been like this in the past, as I have had several withdrawals before with casillion. However, this time it is different, it seems they are not willing to pay out. Chat is repeating the same thing that the withdrawal is still pending and they are sorry for the inconvenience. I do not understand why there are terms and conditions created by casillion which they are not willing to keep up with.

Hi Dear Justukas,

Very sorry for the delay in your withdrawals, as you said the regular time is up to 48 hours, but in some cases, a withdrawals can have a additional reviews and this take more time, even more if the security department have to check different providers.

In the moment of this reply, you already had processed your withdrawals =)

I received the withdrawal of 480 eur. I also made one more withdrawal of 200 eur, will I receive it according to your terms which is 48 hours ot this again will take 10 days?

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.
