Casillion Casino - Deposit of €35 missing for 1 month

So i did deposit 35€ on 2018-12-21 / 09:06:59 via Entercash Deposit Method.
The money never came in. After several weeks of waiting nothing happens.
Live Chat is telling me the system never recieved my payment -> " Sorry, as I told you, our technicians validated your account and the money did not enter the casino. The system is automatic, if you had entered it is credited to your account immediately "

So i asked my Bank if they can get the money back.
My bank did some research and the money entered the Entercash Account indeed! So there is no way my bank can take it back that simple.
The next step i did, i contacted the entercash support for help!
Entercash support is telling me that they DID send the money to the casino ! This is the answer from entercash support :
"Jonas,

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #595754 with the following response:

Hi,

From our end the funds were received and credited to the casino.

Please advise the casino to contact us directly for further assistance.

Entercash Support

We hope this response has sufficiently answered your questions. If not, please do not send another email. Instead, reply to this email or login to your account for a complete archive of all your support requests and responses. "

so that tells me that the live chat/casino is lying to me!
Pls help me get my 35€ back .
Its not much i know, but i wont just give it to them -.-

so after i told them i will write complaint on askgamblers. they instant gave me the 35€ yesterday onto my account balance :D :D

The amount was ready added to your account, one day before the complaint was created =)

Can you please let us know all is OK now?

We would like comment, that the problem was between the bank and Entercash system, but you are old player in our sites, we decided not wait more, and add the balance to your account =)
