I got referred by someone and then referred my friend they disabled my account yesterday. I keep trying to contact them and try to resolve this issue but to no avail. They keep giving me the runaround and it seems like no one helps me. I don’t understand why they disabled my account I followed all the rules. I made sure to follow the guidelines as well. I need help. I keep trying to email them and no one responds. I’ve read online that some people never get their money back. It seems to me like Bovada likes to take people's money.

Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team has just extended the response timeframe for another 96 hours in the hope that Bovada Casino management will soon provide an update regarding this complaint.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

Yeah they still don’t respond and keep closing chats on me. I try contacting them and they just disconnect the chat. I’ll take screenshots when I’m off work of them doing it.
