BGO Casino refusing to refund my deposits

Hi i deposited £20 and got a bonus so continued to play and deposit until i got past the withdrawl wagering amount! I managed to win £400 and went to withdrawl, when i came back onto my account it was suspended saying it was a duplicate account. I take wee stages of gambling i never gamble every month so when a went to log on to an account i presumed i had it would not let me so thats when i came onto this account which may i add i dont recall setting up either. Any way i have contacted them and said yes it is your error for not letting me log on but also my error for being forgetful and requested they return my money i have withdrawn or pay the money i won. If it was a duplicate account then why are they letting me deposit over 50£

We have not received any further comment from the customer since the previous email so I am presuming that this has now been resolved.
