I have made an account few weeks ago.Received 10 free spins and made the wager for them.Now I have some problems because support don`t accept my id and don`t know why because I used my id for many casinos and poker accounts.Also they have for deposit methods just ukash and credit card(when I wanted to deposit with my card also the site told me again that my card is not good.....but with this card I also deposited on many casinos and poker sites by now)

On this casino I want to make a deposit with my Visa electron and the site told me that is not good....but I always use my card to make deposit and widrawals on many casino and poker sites...but here not accepted and I don`t know why.

Now support told me that my id is not good because my birthday not showed(My id is good on all sites and just here I have problems and again I don`t know why).I also send again my id and show them where my birthday is on my id.Hope they will accept it now.

I have made a widrawal and after 5 days I still didn`t received any money on my card.
