The deposit was made amounts did not appear in the casino account . i was contact supporter everyday for transaction they said i have to wait 8hours then 24hours and nothing updating into my account.i come to contact to asking everyday but they said the same.they tell me that this trouble because of my bank provide they have problem or not confirm my payment .
so, i was contact my bank to ask about this transaction and my bank was sent me my bank statement that successful of my payment
then i was sent my bank statement and screenshot of this payment that had already paid .but no any response from casino just only e-mail and answer me the same .since deposit was made til now take 1 week for waiting casino for give credits amount in casino account .so pls help me to resolve the problem
