Casillion Casino - Delayed payment and no response, again!

Problems still persist: have been waiting about a week for my winnings of €5000 to be processed and sent. Support does not respond to any e-mail, VIP-manager neither, live chat are offline. Well VIP answered once and promise to fix it same night, the nothing. Looks like everyone's gone. This does not look serious to me at all.

Payments and support were very quick earlier - but for three weeks back they have major issues. What is going on?

Update:

Suddenly (after no response for more than a week) I got an e-mail saying that my account were closed "due to an error" and "all current winnings have been forfeited".

That's really something! The reason they stated was that I've earlier asked for a temporary timeout(!). This is true bye the way, I did. But a month after that I was in contact with support via e-mail, asking if my account was able to open. It sure was! (see attached image).

There were then no problem at all to deposit and play! But when it came to pay my winnings of €5000 it was suddenly dead silent for weeks. No payment. No response. Nothing.

And then: account closed, winnings been forfeited. Don't think someone ever come this close to a scam! I kindly responded to the support asking how this could be and which terms I've violated.

Shocking news: no response!
