Account Under Review for 90 days?!
I have played online casinos for about 10 years. This is the only time I have ever waited for a withdrawal about 2 weeks only to be notified by email that my account is being reviewed and I will be updated in 90 days!! My withdrawal was credited back to my casino balance. Meanwhile, my $1400.00 winnings sit in limbo waiting for this so called review. Also, I called Slots Jungle support and was told the only way to communicate with the finance department at Slots Jungle was by email. I have only made deposits and played. I have taken none of their bonuses. I think they just use this as an excuse not to pay or to delay payment to their players. Following is a copy of their email to me:
Dear Carl,
I would like to inform you that as per our decision as Finance Department your last withdrawal request was denied and the requested funds were reimbursed to your playable balance as we are reviewing your account.
This process might take up to 90 business days.
As soon as we have any updates regarding your account we will inform you via email.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
