No money received after 2 confirmation of withdrawal approval


Hello,
I would like to ask the complaint team for help with a withdrawal issue.

2 weeks ago, I won 194€ and requested a withdrawal. The withdrawal was approved after a couple of days (12.6) but I did not get any money on my account.
1 week ago, I contacted a support and they wrote me that the withdrawal was approved again (I do not understand why but anyway) and they confirmed I will get the money in next 24 hours.

Now it’s 2 weeks since first request and I still don’t have the money on my banking account and still don’t know what is wrong (no information about any issue)
