Hello,

i have problem with 1acasino.
My account was verified on 15th june and i made withdrawal request of 2435e.

Their chat is extremely hard to catch, so i left them a message via their own system on 19th of june and second 24th on june. I send email on 1st of july.

I've tried to catch chat almost daily, but its never online. They had maintenance on july and i think it took like 2 days for them to get back online.
After this i got to their chat on 7th or 8th of july. This was first time support was online during this time period. He promised that they will pay me on 9th or 10th. Its now 11th of july here and i've gotten zero replies. Only promos about their bonuses.

Are you able to help me?
