Delaying my €3,700 withdrawal

Hi, i am experiencing a delayed withdrawal of 3700€ and would like your support to solve the case.
The 21 of juni, i received an email stating that my withdrawal was accepted and would take 2-3 business days to arrive.
The 27 of juni i wrote an email about the delay, and i wrote once again the 1 of july.
They answered the 1 of july that they would check with their accounting and get back to me shortly.
As of today, the 4 of july, i haven’t heard more, haven’t received my withdrawal and their webside is under construction.
Do you know what to do?
