Whilst I haven't been particularly impressed with this casino on the whole, I do think they deserve some credit for their helpful support. I got in touch with them twice just to ask general questions as I hadn't used the casino in quite a while and on both occasions somebody was available to talk to me straight away, they were polite and courteous, and they seemed well informed about their procedures and promotions. That isn't much to ask for in my opinion but I've had way more negative experiences in this regard than is acceptable. Many casinos I can't help but feel I'm regarded as being somehow less important or valuable because I'm what you might call a "low roller" but I definitely didn't have that feeling when contacting support at Yeti.
Withdrawal times also look to be up there with the best around but in truth I haven't actually managed a withdrawal here yet having only made one deposit, so I'm taking them at their word on that one!
I signed up with Yeti Casino around a year ago after spotting a no deposit offer for them whilst browsing the web one afternoon. I didn't have much luck with the free spins and don't remember being particularly impressed with the design and layout of the site, so didn't end up returning to the site for quite a while. As with most on line casino's these days they were really quite persistent with their e-mails, constantly sending reminders that I still had bonus offers available, reminding me to check out their new games, telling me it was my "last" opportunity to verify my account. Eventually I did look at one of these many e-mails and noticed that the deal on offer was really quite attractive - 77 free spins on Joker Pro plus a "refund bonus" of up to £111. I decided it was time I gave Yeti another try.
Returning to the site again, I still didn't think the design was up to much - I think it's really just a matter of personal taste though because I'm sure the clean lines and monotone colour scheme will appeal to some, it's just not my bag. Checking the terms on the advertised promo I was a little disappointed to see that the free spins had a 40x wager requirement on the winnings and an even higher 60x requirement attached to the so-called "refund bonus". I really think it's deceiving to label such a promotion a "refund bonus" because at no time do you actually get your money back, and as always it's only a small minority of players who will be lucky enough to clear the chunky 60x wagering in order to make a withdrawal.

Yeti Casino has rules that you could be breaking at any moment without even knowing it. I think that rules should be something that you can either follow or break with your action.
I was about to use 100% deposit bonus. Then I found out that one of their rules state that the bonus can be used once per IP-address / household. I decided to go and ask live chat, if this bonus has been claimed from my home address. Obviously I am not the first resident from this address, so in order to use that bonus I have to make sure if old residents have used this bonus as well. I do not know their contact details, so the only way to make sure if this bonus has been used before is to contact Yeti Casino and ask it from them.
Live chat did not tell me if the bonus has been used before, so there is no way for me to know if I am following the rules or not. I also asked is there some way I could to ensure that no one has used this bonus from my home address, I was told that there is no way to know this. So what is the point of this rule, if I cannot know if I am breaking it -- There is no way for me to know if this bonus has been used before from my home address.
To update my previous review, I was fully verified after a couple of email exchanges with customer service.I've since enjoyed the site, made a nice withdrawl which was processed quickly.

The game selection is fairly large but half of them didn't work for me, hence the below negative.

I followed all instructions regarding clearing cache etc. but the issue did not resolve. They then stated their was an issue with their back office and just cut off the chat. Very very sneaky site...tried to withdraw ,waited over 3 days, heard nothing.. Went back onto site and a big sign comes up and covers the whole screen saying you can't deposit while you have pending transactions... Then 2 buttons saying proceed or cancel...the proceed button actually cancels your withdrawal!!!....
