What I didn't like in Yeti Casino... As for me, they do have not the best withdrawal methods and this is the biggest flaw. If u provide so many deposit methods, you should have more withdrawal methods

Casino takes a very long time to complete deposits that are labeled as “instant”. It’s frustrating because they never have a good answer as to why, them make excuses like “it’s instant for us” so why not instant for everyone else? There lack games and some game providers just completely fail to load. There customer services is not up to par, would not recommend using this casino.

Yeti Casino has rules that you could be breaking at any moment without even knowing it. I think that rules should be something that you can either follow or break with your action.

I was about to use 100% deposit bonus. Then I found out that one of their rules state that the bonus can be used once per IP-address / household. I decided to go and ask live chat, if this bonus has been claimed from my home address. Obviously I am not the first resident from this address, so in order to use that bonus I have to make sure if old residents have used this bonus as well. I do not know their contact details, so the only way to make sure if this bonus has been used before is to contact Yeti Casino and ask it from them.

Live chat did not tell me if the bonus has been used before, so there is no way for me to know if I am following the rules or not. I also asked is there some way I could to ensure that no one has used this bonus from my home address, I was told that there is no way to know this. So what is the point of this rule, if I cannot know if I am breaking it -- There is no way for me to know if this bonus has been used before from my home address.

To update my previous review, I was fully verified after a couple of email exchanges with customer service.I've since enjoyed the site, made a nice withdrawl which was processed quickly.

I'm attempting for the second time to be verified.I've played a dozen online casinos over the course of five years and this is the most difficult time I've had meeting criteria.If it doesn't work this time I'm closing my account.No fun to be able to make many a deposit but not be able to make a withdrawal.

The game selection is fairly large but half of them didn't work for me, hence the below negative.

I deposited on the site and had an issue with games not loading. I asked for support on their live chat service. I followed all instructions regarding clearing cache etc. but the issue did not resolve. They then stated their was an issue with their back office and just cut off the chat. I couldn't believe it so re-started chat and asked for them to cancel my deposit. I was ignored and then blocked from using their live chat service. Absolute scam site, please please avoid.

Very very sneaky site...tried to withdraw ,waited over 3 days, heard nothing.. Went back onto site and a big sign comes up and covers the whole screen saying you can't deposit while you have pending transactions... Then 2 buttons saying proceed or cancel...the proceed button actually cancels your withdrawal!!!....

Customer service is very incompetent. I was entitled to a bonus following their own rules and can prove it but they nevertheless refuse because they do not take time and investigate properly. They are also very slow to respond on email.
