Page 2 – Player Reviews for X7 Casino

Good bonuses and a good selection of games and providers
Live chat is fast and available 24/7.

The website is decently made and I experienced no technical issues while playing and browsing.

Live chat/support has no power to actually help with anything other than to tell you to wait.

KYC verification is extremely slow.
The finance department is very slow at approving withdrawals. Despite their terms stating that they work 24/7 and that all withdrawals are processed within 48 hours.

You can expect to wait upwards of several weeks for your money if your account is not fully verified before requesting a withdrawal.

Very large selection of games, cool homepage, friendly support and great supervisors! Payments work smoothly, the site doesn't hang while you're playing, and technically everything works mostly perfectly. Rarely the case with the providers. Keep it up!

Variety of games
-Live casinos
-Fast withdrawal
-Vip manager access

I have to say this is by far 1 of 2 the best casino I played on and come across to. They have the best games and a lot of variety choices.

I want to send my shout out to Alessio for being helpful and supportive. He's been providing the best service on this casino and works real hard for players and the company he works for. Proven to hold his words and I love the new casino x7 layout and look.

Looking forward to play long term on x7. Well developed and more convenient on navigating the site from it's old one x1.

My vip manager Angela is also fantastic at her job. She's always helping me and working with me for a good experience in gaming!

I have developed a good relationship with Alessio and Angela and keep up the good work!

Hands down the best casino and recommend new players to try it out.

Nothing at this stage.

Maybe could have unlimited withdrawal limit would be great in place. I did notice that some games are unavailable to certain countries but that's nothing to do with the casino it self and more the the gaming providers.

I love this casino site! ever since I tried its games, I knew this would be one of my go-to site. The icing on the cake is that X1casino also has a variety of casino games to choose from. From slots to live dealer games, i think this site has it all. let me just add that the site's multilingual live chat agents amaze me! although i can speak in English very well, i still appreciate that the site tries to cater to all players.

The only two things I don't like about X1casino or hope that it improves is its low monthly withdrawal limits and slow withdrawal processes. Some sites offer instantaneous transaction processes but X1casino can take up to 48 hrs before it can complete your transaction.

X1 casino offers some free spins as well as casino bonus codes which can come in handy in the long run. Has a ton of game providers, same as its withdrawal methods.

Experience wise I guess there are no other options with it. However there is one thing that i will point out. They could have added in a deposit bonus or some form of VIP program.
