Feels like they are making it hard to do withdraws.

I made a deposit using cashlib. Later when I want to do a withdrawal they say I have to have made a deposit with the method I want to use for withdraws. So I actually need to make a new deposit just in order for me to start a withdrawal.

Also, I need to have a pending withdrawal for my KYC verification to process, but if I use their take a break feature for responsible gambling any pending withdraws will be canceled.

Hence they go out of their way to not make it easy to withdraw cash...

The website looks great and it is a lot to like here! Great selection of games and very easy to navigate! The customer support are very fast and friendly, but there are many standard answers to get.

Winshark has a €500 maximum withdrawal limit a day and €10,000 a month. It is very low, but for many this is OK. But I have now been waiting for over a week for a payout of NOK 5000. Today that is not acceptable!

Having been involved in the online casino industry since 2016, playing and testing more than 100 online casinos, this is the first time I've encountered a dumpster casino that mixed in some prohibited substances and dared to ask me for a 12-month Skrill account statement during the casino account verification process. In response to my email stating that it's none of their business what I've been paying from my Skrill account over the last 12 months, this dumpster proudly replied that without this information, the casino account would not be verified and, of course, no money would be paid out. Moreover, the maximum cash withdrawal is 500 euros. From which dumpsite did this casino crawl out?
