Morally reprehensible and deliberately misleading casino. WinHero is a casino that completely lacks responsibility and actively manipulates its players. What I experienced here goes far beyond poor service. This appears to be deliberate behavior.
During a period when I was clearly struggling and explicitly indicated that I wanted to stop and requested account closure, I received messages and rewards stating that they were “very happy with my recent deposit activity” and encouraged me to keep it up. At the same time, instead of confirming my closure request, they offered me bonus money. That is not support. That is encouragement of harmful gambling behavior.
Rewarding and praising deposit activity while a player is asking to stop is deeply unethical. This is not ignorance or a misunderstanding. It is a conscious decision to prioritize profits over player well being.
WinHero also offers iDEAL as a payment method, which strongly suggests legitimacy and legality for Dutch players. This creates a false sense of security. The presence of iDEAL is used to gain trust, while the casino itself does not act in a transparent or responsible manner. This is highly misleading.
As long as you keep depositing, communication is smooth. You receive attention, rewards and positive messages.
