Wildfortune is one of the latest casinos I joined. I noticed them on Askgamblers site as one of the newest casinos and they got my attention for a few reasons. First of all, they had a very nice selection of casino games and their welcome  bonus package was attractive. 

After signing up, which was very fast, I made a deposit and claimed their welcome bonus. The offer was pretty good- 100% match bonus and 100 free spins on top. When I deposited, my first card for some reason was rejected but when I used my second card, the deposit went through smoothly. For a 30eur deposit, I got a 60eur balance to play with. The bonus also has pretty decent wagering as it's only 45x the bonus amount. One of the reasons why I wanted to join Wildfortune was because of their game providers, as they have Netent, Playn Go and many others I enjoy.

Since lately I've been playing Reactoonz slot a lot, I decided to focus on Reactoonz 2. I was playing with minimum bets for a couple of hours. I had a few 100x bet wins but nothing too significant and my balance never went over 100eur. Eventually I lost my balance but I had a great time. Then I went to play my free spins. The free spins are divided in sets of 20. I played my free spins for 5 days but never managed to win anything over 50x and therefore didn't manage to cash out.

Mobile site is pretty janky. Difficult to place and monitor your deposit limits because it records it as several currencies. For me at least the netent games dont work. Also when withdrawing the withdrawal seems to be discarded without notification. But when you request it again it gets processed in minutes so all and all it's ok but site could be cleaner.

WildFortune casino is another new online casino owned by N1 interactive ltd. Since I'm a fan of this particular owner, I decided to register and deposit. At first glance, I really liked the casino's layout and theme. It looks pretty modern and there is no lagging whatsoever. After my registration I went to live chat in order to ask about the veriification time frame. I was told it would be done pretty fast. So after I uploaded all the docs, I waited. Indeed, after 2 hours my account was fully verified.

After that and also having read the bonus terms which are visible in the main site, I deposited via skrill. The bonus was not added, so I had to go to the live chat. Support agent was pretty helpful and added it manually after checking everything that was needed to be checked. After it was credited, I went and played the slots. I had a very good time playing the slots.

Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to make any withdrawal. So I decided to give it another try. After another deposit, the second deposit bonus was not added. So again I had to go the live chat. This time, I was denied the bonus. Because apparently, the site had just updated the bonus terms, excluding the welcome bonus to depositors via ewallet. So this is something I did not like at all. I asked the support agent if I could withdraw my deposit since it was unfair to me that in 2 hours the terms had changed. But again my request was denied. I had to rollover my deposit 3 times. I was not able to do it. So another deposit gone. Wildfortune has many software providers, which is a good thing.

Well, after this bad situation I was involved, the bad experience pushed me to decide and close my account. I really did not enjoy my time playing here. The rejection to a player to get the welcome package after giving him the first deposit bonus, is pretty unprofessional in my opinion. After I closed my account, I received an email by wildfortune asking me if I have gambling problems. I explained them that I was not and also told them the reason I closed it. Their response was better luck next time.
